While on holiday Benson and Fox monitored our apartment. He checked on a leak reported to us by a neighbour and we flew in from Europe to live plants, collected mail, fresh milk and clean windows – but what’s more, Grant noticed the electricity had tripped out and fixed it – without this we would have walked in on a fridge and freezer full of bad food. Brilliant service!

If you work for yourself like I do, it is difficult to justify time away from the office. Time really is money. That’s why I recently chose Benson and Fox to take my car in for its regular check-up. To drive the car to the dealership, return to work, and then return later to collect it would have taken me several hours away from paying client work. Even the taxi fares would have justified the modest cost of Benson and Fox. For my money, a concierge service is an investment that more than pays for itself.
