Before we carry out any projects for you, we’ll agree to the job, and sign an Agreement so that it’s all clear.

Here’s a summary of the key points:

Security We will always get your written agreement for the use of any of your home or vehicle keys, including when they can be used, and who else has copies.

Services Here’s an important one: we’ll make every effort to ensure suppliers recommended by us are of high quality, and suitable for the work requested. However we cannot be held responsible for services or products supplied by any supplier, or for any charges for those services or products.

Fees We’’ll always provide a quote for specified services prior to the commencement of works.

• We recommend you pre-purchase a bunch of hours, and then use them as you need. Pre-purchased services will be charged at 30 minute increments for out of office tasks, and 15 minute increments for office based tasks. These fees relate to the provision of services by Benson+Fox only.
•  Services provided by any third party suppliers need to be paid separately.
•  Fees need to be paid prior to any services commencing – by EFT is best. We’ll send you an invoice first.
•  If you’re in the area from Potts Point to Zetland and around, there shouldn’t be any vehicle or travel charges. For further afield there could be – we’ll let you know in advance.
•  We expect that most services will be provided in normal business hours (8am-6pm Monday to Friday). If there are any additional charges for weekends and public holidays we’ll let you know.
• Likewise, if we need to make international calls, or incur any other costs in looking after your task, we will always discuss with you first.
•  Fees for services paid in advance are non-refundable, and are valid for six months from time of purchase.
• All fees exclude GST

Privacy  Any information Benson+Fox Concierge Services collects from our clients is strictly confidential. We will not disclose personal information to anybody other than those who are contracted by you, or to Benson+Fox, to provide the services you require. Benson+Fox may release appropriate information to third parties to assist with the fulfillment of your requests.
